洗完臉的時候用了棕色的浴巾擦了下臉
一陣搔癢的感覺從耳後傳來以為是髮絲繞在耳後
後來搔癢感襲上太陽穴附近我才發現不對勁
直覺性一拍一隻棕色的蛾像空氣那麼輕的掉進續滿水洗臉槽

掙扎著

我就看著他這樣驚慌著就這樣看著
把剩下該清理的步驟給做完
摘下隱形眼鏡擠藥水蓋上蓋子....

蛾還在水裡掙扎但水就快流光了
要讓蛾有機會起身撲向我還是繼續讓他掙扎嗎...
我怕蛾儘管這隻蛾跟我以前遇到的不同有種脆弱的美感

我把水打開繼續讓蛾在充滿水裡的洗臉槽掙扎...
蛾最後放棄掙扎隨著水一起留走了
我記續讓水留著

心裡很惆悵很悲傷
我殺死了一隻蛾蓄意地看著他主宰他脆弱的命運
但我知道我的恐懼對於在脆弱的東西都無法寬容

It's much harder than I thought.

I forgot to take my contacts off and my eyes were so dry the entire day.
For the entire day, my vision was always blurry cuz of the dryness and the tears.

I was trying so hard that I felt like I would burst out to tears in every moment..
This must be the process I have to go thru: to cut off the part of myself, yeah, it hurts so much, but time will heal me....

I started to doubt that whether it's a wrong decision when I decided to say No to Sean.
Is it for my own dignity, or for the good of us both?

what's good for us? I dunno, and I would never find the answer.
Cuz we don't belong together anymore.
I only know that I never stop being happy when I'm with him, and I never stop trying of being his support....I thought we're meant to be together, but it's just such a bumpy road..

Is it because of the excessive dependency? or because of the true love? or just ....unreasonable excessive love

I can't agree more with what Carrie says in the SATC movie:"...looking for love. real love. ridiculous, inconvenient, consuming, can't live-without-each-other-love."

To me, to love someone is to consume myself...until I fully break apart...

I am turning 26 tomorrow...actually within an hour I am officially 26
(can I still say "I am in my mid-20s"?)

I finally feel like achieving the level of "mature"...seriously, I am happy that I finally become a mature and wise person. 26-year-old.....it takes me 26 years to build up my confidence. haha.

我想像他們究竟要燃燒多少生命與熱情才能這樣超脫一切的把那樣的感動帶給觀眾呢..

有一幕讓我想起古希臘哲學裡面所說的人原本是由男男女女男女拼湊的因故被切成兩半於是我們終其一生都在找尋當初自己的另一半....所以說這種找尋是宿命驅使嗎?

Out of nowhere I had this thought to go thru my old photos...(not really old, just the photo archive in my computer/facebook/picasa).

Especially when I was going thru photos taken in Champaign, I couldn't help but think that the 2-year U of I life is an amazing journey to me...a beautiful college town, so many peaceful moments...

I watched all of my beautiful girlfriends in the photos....we are apart from each other, we changed, and we moved on.

Thank you, all, for bringing me so many beautiful moments.

New Life

Nothing really changed, it's just like I start to realize I HAVE to do something to make myself less miserable. Life shouldn't be like this...

First of all, I got my first pair of "wearable" flip-flop. (I know it sounds unbelievable but I am the type of person who CANNOT wear flip-flop...)

And here are what I've done this weekend:

-hung out with my coworker after work on Friday last: shopped at J Crew, had dinner in East village (nice job, Chloe!)

-visited century 21 and passed by ground zero

-went to Mitsuwa in Jersy, had a nice bowl of 山頭火Ramen (yeah! finally!!!)

3 days in a row. I'm proud of myself.....

Probably it's just because of maladjustment. I am not ENJOY my life that much.

I couldn't wonder but ask myself: is it just me? Am I spoiled and not able to fit in this environment?

I feel like I can related to some characters in the movies that they have no passion to their lives, work-work-work-eat-work-work-sleep...and they feel nothing. They are numb, like civilized Zombies.

People handle their own life paths in different ways.
Some people go with perfect plans: clear time line with clear goals
Some people just go with the flow; some people just pursue the moment of their lives....

Being a foreigner in this country is not easy, but I keep asking myself if there's other way to compromise it. I believe that I can live a better life in terms of "the level of satisfication.

So Go GO Chloe, make it work. It doesn't matter how my life in the US ends up but at least I need to fight for myself. My job sucks? then try to land another one. Hate NY? then relocate to SF.

It's my life, and I should be the only one to dictate it, not by anyone else.

I am watching MILK right now using VGA cable to connect my laptop to the LCD screen.

"Milk"...I remember that I watched this movie when I was with Sean in Taiwan this February.

it's beyond description that this movie touched upon my heart in many ways.

I shed my tear in the movie theatre, and I did it again, just now.

I know almost every street name mentioned in the movie, I am familiar with the joyfulness exuberating from every gay man's face.

"I wanna go back to San Francisco." I told myself.

"You don't "go back", you literally didn't come from SF" my coworker said.

Yeah, that's true. But only god know why I am so attached to San Francisco city.

People assume that it's because my boyfriend stays there, and I know that's not the only reason that forms the bond btwn me & SF.

I just wanna be there, breather the air, as much as I want. Not Chicago, Champaign, or New York. I choose only San Francisco: immerse in the sunshine, and feel the breeze. I don't wanna just be a visitor. I wanna be someone who really belongs there, even only for a couple of months. I need to liberate my soul, from the very bottom of my heart.

I will make it happen.

NYC-Lady M

I went to Lady M with Saerom & Sean last weekend.
Lady M is well known for its "Mille Crepes" (千層蛋糕), and indeed, it's the most fluffy mille crepes I've ever had. Strawberry Cake (草莓拿破崙) is even better I guess. anyway. The cake is delicious with no doubt:)

There are limited seats in the bakery shop, no more than 30 i guess. It's neat & clean, but to be honest, I think I am more of a relaxed and laid back person, so I'd prefer somewhere warm and friendly. Everything is overpriced here....yeah, OVERPRICED. The server is kinda impatient, and we're left out in the corner for almost....10 mins?

Lady M is a typical place for people who live in upper east side...the pricing only speaks for its image..."Lady M" : elegant, distant, and.....who knows" :P (at least it's not "Mama M ...)

It's not my place, I have to say. cuz I can't speak whatever I want (people will easily overhear your conversation there), I can't order my favorite black coffee (which mean, least expensive) w/o given a attitude...

It's a one time experience. and that's it. I believe there are still lots of cute cafe for me to explore.

A lazy soul trapped in a intense city

Tadah~~~~It's the 3rd week of my new job. So far I've been working on collecting quantitative data and will move on to the qualitative data collection in the 2nd month.

Anything new...? not really. I don't even bother to think or relate myself as a New Yorker. While I spitting out my exhaustion of keep up the life pace here, people always say "you'll love it sooner or later.." but com'on, I live in Queens, guys...and I barely hang out with my friends in Manhattan. Without my friends' companies, I don't even bother to explore Manhattan just by myself.

I have a pretty fixed schedule...wake up around 8, leave around 8:40ish, sleep on the subway......work, work, work (and keep counting down the time), walk around in the city (usually visit those discount stores), and back to home around 8.....go to bed at 12.

Commuting between Queens and Manhattan indeed takes my energy away...I never feel like having enough sleep-_-" tedious work also turns me into a working machine....even I achieve something, it's w/o excitement.

the only moments that make me happy is when I visit somewhere new and interesting, i'd envision that Sean would love the place as well.

Still...apt has no stable hot water...noisy heating pipe.... T_T

but Obi and Sean are coming today....I worry if Obi can get used to the surroundings of the airport and all that. I hope they'll be fine and safe:)

A Few Words

Finally I've settled down in NY.
and the first day of my moving in, clogged bathtub...and broken shower nozzle.
something I didn't expect, but I still appreciate the fact that finally I MOVED IN TO MY APT.

It's been a hectic since I arrived in NY.
running around for apt hunting, calling for setting up appointments with several brokers.
staying up to search like crazy on Craigslist for second-hand furniture.

A stage is ended.
I need to take a short break.

Coming to NY is intimidating and exciting to me at the same time.
I don't know if I can get used to the intense life here after a 2-yrs Illinois and 3-months SF life.
Probably there will be more surprises to me like you can find diet Ginger Ale in many grocery stores around here. (which is impossible in Illinois...)

i've been craving for this pig for sooooo long.
Sean's friend owns this pig (in different pattern though) and he took a picture for that piggy
dunno why my mind was occupied by that pig ever since...

i was dreaming of having a sleeping pig in my room:P
I actually found several stores in San Francisco selling the pigs, but i wasn't sure about getting right away since i wanted to have it as a "gift" for myself. so I made a decision i'd buy that pig only if I got a job offer.

The pig is actually more expensive than I thought, but it is about the meaning of getting the pig not the price....

there were several patterns for choice, and I favored the one with lots of peony & sakura and the one with pinky nose & flower on the top of its head. The one with lots of peony & sakura was my favorite at first, but to be honest, the one with pinky nose & flower on the head caught my attention! (but the pattern on its body isn't as beautiful as the first one)

in the end, i chose the first one and didn't get the pinky nose one. but on the way home, i kept thinking about the pinky nose.....it's me, haha, I always like something with flaws but special feature:P (the pattern on the pinky nose makes it look like a GANSTER PIG, haha)

at one night, Sean and I just came up the idea of visiting Vegas as a weekend gateaway:
I can't do this anymore, waiting at home but do nothing. It's killing me..

------------so we went to Vegas-----------------la la la~~
Sean and I even had a fight on our first night at Vegas..
cuz I was so addicted to slot machine that I forgot to return to my room while he's waiting there.
this time we stayed at Paris Las Vegas, it's a cozy and warm hotel and we asked the front desk for a room with a nice view (we paid $20 for upgrade though :P) so we got to see Belagio's water fountain ALL DAY~ha

The highlight of the trip happened at the last day of the trip.
We left Vegas on Monday night, so we had plenty of time to kill after we checked out.
After roaming all the afternoon in Belagio & Cesear, we decided to head back to Paris and spend rest of the money in out pocket. (yeah...that means, we lost a certain amount of money:P)
I ditched my fav slot machine (the one that made me loose my mind at the first night) and found a fancy 1 cent slot machine to play.

Compared to old models, new models have bigger size, LCD screen, and NOISY sounds (but that's the most appealing part).....the sounds effects will bring you to the heaven and down XD
in the end...I won 10,000 points!!!!!!! (which means I won $100 dollars) and that's the biggest award of that machine:P )

Sean mainly played black jack during this trip, sometimes he would acompany me to play ome slot machines. since I won $100, I decide to let Sean utilize the winning $100 on the Black Jack for A HAND. (so you either won another $100 or loose $100)..............
and we WON~~ yeah (actually we didn't get a really good hand, but the dealer got 22...so, we're close to loose that $100)

and that's it for our Vegas trip :D

不知道曾幾何時
自己變成吸取日光的吸血鬼了..

非得要踏出家門吸取一些新鮮日光
否則我就跟歐比躺在床上失氧發霉
偶爾給自己一點奢侈的想像
未來獨立生活的畫面
怎樣都無法想像要自己待在地下樓的房間
那不就是沒有直接照到日光嗎？
儘管只有想像我都無法呼吸
更不要說直接看到照片上那小小的通風孔

sigh sigh....不過到加州幾個月
就被這邊可愛的陽光寵壞了

但如果要自己住
又要壓低成本
不是住很遠不然就是找basement apt會比較便宜
但我還真的寧願少吃點東西少買點衣服
花多點錢住個陽光充足的房間咧

要我餐餐跟兔子一樣吃青菜胡蘿蔔都還可以
就不要把我關到陰暗沒有自然日光的小房間-_-
從高中之後花了將近10年

trip to NY

last weekend I visited NY for an interview, therefore i got the chance to meet up with Rebecca & SuShan. It's great to see my old friends in U of I, both of them have already started working:)

New York has totally different city dynamics from San Francisco.
Everywhere is crowded and intense....fast-paced, high buildings..humid weather...:P

we girls had breakfast together on last Sunday morning, and it reminded me the time when we're back in Illinois...

my interview was at Monday afternoon, and after I had done my interview, i waited for Rebecca to meet up with Sushan in china town to pick up my birthday cake :P
they girls are thoughtful, they insisted that we should get a cake and celebrate in central park

it was already dusk when we're in central park, after we lost our sense of direction XD, we turned to sit down on a big lawn....(Sushan suggested that we should find the place near to the lake...:P but we couldn't find it)

it was a great moment when we're singing happy birthday song on the lawn:)
everything is so unpredictable....i never thought of celebrating my birthday in New York, at central park....

and what will happen next? will I go to NY? will I go back to Taiwan? will I end up staying in SF..? mm...only god knows.

my first role of fisheye is ruined, i didn't even take it to the photo lab
cuz most of the pictures were taken under battery-off
so...T_T

I was satisfied with the result of last role.
After so many roles of film, I finally feel like it's me to take control of the camera,
it's me who dictate the angle and the light .....
a bit of sense of achievement ^_____^

oh, saerom, if you're watching this article, do you know why sometimes
the picture will sometimes show a veil of light (like..there's no enough contrast)
mm. like the one Obi with notebook...
it happens sometimes...and it bothers me :(

so....I watched synchronizing diving & women gymnastic today.
and I feel like......-_- shocked. haha

if anyone get to see synchronizing diving, you'll know what i am talking about.
the move of China diving team is impeccable
my jaw was almost dropped when I was watching it.
NBC broadcaster said, "Chinese dives like twins."
and there are also asian girls in USA team and Australia team.
and Melissa Wu in Australia did a great job as well :)

USA gymnastic team made so many mistakes today.
China did some wonderful moves, but still, you can totally tell the difference from two teams.
China team members are young in average...they are all tiny girls
they are trained as gymnastic players since 5....

Michael phelps...everyone is cheering for him right now.
but I'm just like...okay, you swim fast , haha
I bet one of the reasons that he swims so fast is attributed to his face structure..:P

-->purr loudly
-->walk around
-->use his head to push your hand
-->step on your hair (it hurts though)
-->nibble your hair (still...it hurts sometimes, haha)
-->comb your hair (it's pretty good, haha, although it may hurts my hair:P)

I saw this news online, but i couldn't imagine that M&M w/o those colorful sugarcoat.

haha...even i'm not a legal resident,

Yeah yeah, meet my trashy mountain bike. haha!
I added a basket in the back...so ugly, right?! but I don't care at all.
the thing is that I need my bike to carry all my groceries when I am out to shop.
the basket is left on the first floor by some tenant in this apartment.
so i just use it as my rear basket.
So ugly but so practical. I went to buy MacDonald's breakfast this morning, and I just put coffee and the bad in the basket....sweet..i don't even need to worry if my coffee will spill out.

yeah~~it's the white version one:D

Saerom bought me all of these cute stationaries...notebook, planner, mouse pad....ha, so cute *^^* and Saerom even wrote me a letter :D

I asked Alvin to leave his old apple monitor to me (it's a 17" Flat Panel Studio Display) since he's gonna leave it in his storage for 4 months.
I stare at my monitor all day, so I really need something bigger.....
I only spent another $20ish to buy a cable adapter so that I can connect my macbook with this old monitor:D

It's August, and I am still here...well i mean, i didn't progress or something.
But I'll keep waiting for the opportunity:)
i ride my bike much more often and I feel really good since I can get control....the feeling that I AM NOT LOST..haha.

Last weekend I went to A-shan's place to have BBQ. I slept in the morning and after a 3-hr sleep, I got on Caltrain and visited A-shan's place in Mountain View. Caltrain is better and neater than I thought. It's not bad though. It was a long BBQ, actually I was too tired to get interaction with other new people. and they didn't bother to talk to me..so...haha, I was being rude to not talk to other people but that's fine. I was there to meet a-shan, and that's it. Later she showed me downtown Mountain View and we just roamed on the street, in a chinese restaurant...drink topioca tea....haha, what a lazy afternoon.

It's already 9 p.m. when I got back to San Francisco (it took a hour to commute), and I found there was a Safeway right next to Caltrain Station. Cool...so I grab some groceries and rode my bike home. Grocery Shopping is the most vivid evidence for me to live in a city. It always makes me feel like I'm from bay area.

Luke (a-shan's bf) insisted to buy this Salmon head.
but the thing is that he actually didn't know the most delicious parts of a fish head...
(usually people would eat something that's jell0-ish like lips..skin...)
and I kept teasing him that he didn't treat this salmon right.

Finally I picked up my parcel at Montegomery Postal Office, which is located very closed to Embarcado St. I tried to not act like a rookie biker....since I don't ride my bike that often and I always need to check bike route before my departure. mm...i was even thinking if I should stop by at SFSPCA to check out some new kitties.

But still, before I get a job offer, I can always watch those cute pictures on websites and sigh...

some reflection

It's been five days since I stopped updating my blog.
what I've done during this time...?
nothing...just chill and get calm.
Try to get myself re-energized...

since I rode my bike to the postal office today, and it's the first time I have this vivid feeling that: "I LIVE in San Francisco" haha.

I shouldn't be awake right now. But I do.
I got a important interview tomo, and I just woke up w/o reason.....

it won't be long, but I feel like I have to say it right now.
a minute a ago I just stopped at my lovely friend, 蘇珊's blog
her latest post makes me emotional cuz she mentioned that it turns out she can't go back to Beijing during the Christmas break, and how she missed her family and her dog and all that.
I know it's a feeling beyond missing...after all the things you've been through; after all this time you've armed up yourself to face the ongoing challenges in your life, all you need is something makes you feel " at home".

I got this mixed feeling when I was doing my job research today.
I was overwhelmed by the feeling that I was left behind in the ad industry since most of the job openings right here are posted by Internet-based or technology-based media/advertising companies.

I skipped, or ignored on purpose, be frankly, those internet/interactive-based job postings.
I can't deny that I was intimidated by the big world and I am confused who I am as a professional when the Internet advertising become a mainstream.

"am I choosing the right path?" I wondered and questioned myself.

It's a Web 2.0 age, and we can't defeat or stop this trend.
It's coming with an amazingly fast and furious speed.

when I am staying in this small studio, people outside in the financial district close hundreds of deals every day. and I am still here....

I woke up kinda early today...thanks to Obi.
Since I turned off the automatic feeder, that kid keeps coming after me to look for food, fresh food..
he walked around, purred~~, stepped on me, purred.....so annoying-_-"

after I fixed myself a delicious pancake (pancake+whipped cream+fresh blueberry:D ), i can't help myself and log on Polyvore to create more sets -_-

"hmm..let me create LOOK-OF-THE-DAY" I said.
then I spent another 3 hrs creating another 3 sets....what the heck!

Coit Tower (JUL 13th)

Elli and her sister was here on Sunday, and I took them to Coit Tower to enjoy the magnificent views of SF city.

It's a crazy schedule for the very first day visitors, haha
we didn't take bus or cable car, we just WALKED!

I planned to take Elli and her sister to that seafood restaurant located in a lane in financial district, but it doesn't open during daytime...
so we just walked to North Beach and had some o.k. pasta.
We went to the coit tower, and bought the ticket to the top of the tower.
The view is amazing, except that you can only appreciate the beautiful SF city thru the glass windows:(

Elli asked me why there aren't many visitors at Coit Tower, I said cuz Americans are lazy, and they only wanna spend time on eating lobsters and crabs instead of climbing up on to the hill.

I hope Sean and my closed friends were here with me:)

Alvin invited me take a look at their summer program's performance, and the opera is playing in a small theatre in Mill Valley (on the north side of Golden Gate Park).

Mill Valley is very similar to those towns located near Napa Valley: slow-paced, good views, fresh air, old people, and high cost -_-"

I didn't stay in that theater really long, cuz the rehearsal was kinda boring and I felt like sleepy so much..so I just walked around in the neighborhood:D

honestly, clothing stores in Mill Valley overcharge everything...every piece is $150 or even higher in average..OMG
I don't see the reason to get those unknown brand jeans with the price of almost $200
cuz i got my skinny jeans in ROSS (see the photo below), and I think it looks great on me...guess what, it only cost me no more than $15..good deal right? A girl who works in a clothing store complimented on my vest, haha:P
An Amigo came to me and said he thinks I"m beautiful when I was in DSW...XD Besides SEAN, I haven't got this kind of compliment by any guy for a really long time..so, thank you AMIGO!!

I think I kind of figuring out what's IN in SF and what's OUT. and what's the look for young people, and the look for hipsters:D

Maybe I'll write the article about "how to dress like a SF local" or "Must-have pieces in SF" in the near future, haha...

There's actually nothing fantastic about Fillmore jazz Festival.
Unless you really enjoyed sitting down and watched the show, or you knew those bands very well, other than that, it's just like every other cheerful festivals/events in San Francisco.
it's not that I was bored or anything, it's just that w/o the company of friends, I wouldn't think about sitting down or grab any drink on the street.

I didn't get to join the event since I got there around 4 p.m., and the festival ended at 6 p.m.

then she asked me in Cantonese: do u speak Cantonese
even thought later she knew I only speak Mandarin, she still asked me if I wanna buy any of it.
well....有過一絲動心啦
but I know those stuffs are a lot cheaper if it is is sold in Taiwan or China

I just roamed on the street and checked out those vendors.
我其實有買東西優有一對asian couple賣一大堆吊掛的木頭豬吊飾
豬豬屁股後面都有個小洞(so embarrassing...:P) 可以插竹蜻蜓之類的東西

I stayed at home and went nowhere.
I fixed myself Shabu Shabu for dinner~好像對自己太好點
但火鍋就是這樣超級方便啊只要家裡有材料
除了洗材料的時間剩下時間就是坐下來超級悠閒的吃了:D
Conclusion: So good...I can eat this every day!

* ingredients: 小松菜金針菇餛飩(Wonton) 榨菜
Pork meatball/shrimp/fish cake/egg/
*broth: 就加點日本關東煮調味料 (Oden素)

* Meat: I get it from NIGIYA: beef & pork belly (actually they are not for shabu shabu, but I don't care, I just want some before they are out of freshness)

* my mini electric pot is so convenient~!

What a busy week...it comes 4th of July fireworks show first, then it is Fillmore Jazz Festival.
I didn't get the chance to check out Jazz Festival yet, but I'll def. go there tomo.

It was really cloudy and cold yesterday...Alvin and I met in the evening, and we took Muni to ferry Building and walked to Pier 39.

*I thought my outfit is perfect, however I was cold to death at night

It's packed with people. Besides people, it's still people.
Fireworks show started around 9:40, and before that Alvin and I just roamed in the Pier 39 plaza.
We took Marry-Go-Round, and I felt like a kid again.

FIREWORKS SHOW- Boo..
it's foggy and cloudy and COLD last night.
We didn't get to find a great angle and it turned out the fog covered the fireworks.
when the show was done, Alvin and I walked all the way back to Ferry Building, and took F back to Van Ness to pick up his car.

可惜4th of July沒有想像中的完美>_< 沒有看煙火的命T_T

Kaskade didn't get in Ruby Skye until 12 a.m....seriously, I knew it, I knew it right away when Kaskade was there. His music is much better than the prvious D.J.
so DAMN GOOD. Thats all I can said.

Jordan and I got like 5 or 6 shots of Petron and we enjoyed Kaskade's mixing so much.
I don't see the point that why people are always checking each other in the nightclub though.
but I'm glad that we had a great girls night out with Alvin :P

OMG. So glad that I witness Kaskade's show in person!!!!

I had insomnia last night. It's a long night..until I had some cheap wine from Trader Joe's
TO DO LIST: -WAKE UP BEFORE NOON!!

I didn't walk around today. Instead, I went to Ross to return a rug & that box of evil cookies.
Actually I spent almost 2 hrs in Ross, and I got a pair of Skinny Jeans that I've looking for so long, and also a pillow for laid-back person, haha

I got that pillow (it's not actually a pillow, but i dunno the specific term) for some reason.
Sean only got a single sofa at his place, and I can't use computer while I sit on that sofa cuz of the handles. anyway...I got it so that I can sit on the bed with more comfortability.

The color matches my ikea bedsheet pretty well...huhh, sorry Sean, you're place is turning more girly I think, haha.

Finally I have the first taste of my lonliness after Sean left.
Kaskade is having a performance here tomo, and I dunno if I can get the chance to see that.
Whenever I discover any novel or interesting stuff in the city, he's the very first person I wanna share with. and it would be so amazing if we can attend the show together.

It's the day to pick up my processed photos in photoworks.
Since the staff told me to pick up CDs after 6 p.m., I decided to stop by Japan Town to get some things like storage jar...

I found an interesting product in that Japanese Drugstore: Detox Foot Pads.
The thing is that I've seen this product before, and it happened to me that I saw a stupid ad of a similar product KINOKI Foot Pads on TV yesterday. It claims that the pad can detoxify the body kind of shit....my very first thought after seeing that ad is "c'mon...only stupid people will buy that stupid thing...who'd believe the pad can detoxify the body"

Okay, the thing is that when I saw the similar detox foot pads (see this) displaying in every corner of the drugstore...I started dreaming how it would be so amazing for me to have a great morning w/o feeling the pain of my swollen feet....

In the end, I walked out of the drugstore with 3 packs of stupid Detox foot pads in my shopping bag XD well...let's see if my fee will turn better after 3 days.

I took 22 Fillmore straight down to Church & Market...damn, so convenient, I love SF!
and the sweet thing is that you only need to pay $1.50 and you can take Muni & Bus all day w/o another payment. (you have to keep the receipt though)

Photowork....hmm, it's definitely not a place for people who don't have income and only take photos for fun...I processed 4 rolls with print scan CD, and it charged me $52 or something..
I thought it only charges me $4 for Print Scan (medium resolution) but actually it's $7...T_T
Well...I can see that why people see buying DSLR as a long term investment.....
there's a possibility that I'll still go to photowork and have my films processed, however, I"ll find somewhere else to scan my films...cuz this might be the best way to reduce the cost and maintain the picture performance at the same time..

Ingredient: Baby Green Mix (from Safeway), Tomato, Seaweed, Broiled Sliced Pork, Black Bean
Sauce: Sesame & Ponzu mix
The presentation is so phenomenal...haha.
(oh and I bought a colorful napkin as the tablecloth for that shabby yet solid $5 side table)
愛死日本芝麻醬了吃shabu shabu或是日本沙拉加一點清爽又有濃郁的芝麻香

a short trip to Castro

*There's a crazy flea-market-like warehouse next to Sean's place. the store collects used furniture from nowhere. and sometimes the owner displays weird things in the window..."a pack of barbies having sofa party..." -_-

今天跑了趟Castro, in order to get my films processed.

I searched on Yelp! and many people gave positive reviews to Photoworks in Castro

Since Castro is only few stops away, I took Muni to Photoworks.

Photoworks is located next to the Church station, I guess compared to Castro station, the neighborhood reflects more of the everyday life of residents in Castro.

Actually Safeway is just on the opposite side of Photoworks, so...wola, it turns out I don't need to worry about getting groceries since Muni and buses take me to every place I want.

After dropping my films, I took a walk in the neighborhood.

Nothing amazing, it's just everyday San Francisco, except most of the ads are targeting to homosexual people.

今天有個奇遇

On the way home, when I was in Westfield, 一個衣冠筆挺老先生問我Boarders還有沒有開

我說應該吧後來老先生就開始跟我攀談

本來想說就是隨意了幾句

老先生居然說要請我到樓下food court請我喝杯飲料或是讓我買頓晚餐帶走-_-"

啊...整個很傻眼

但老先生似乎真的就是老人家愛找年輕人聊天

加上他跟我聊天的內容也都還算正常

（老先生還一直糾正我不能講 “yeah"要講"yes"

然後他說Civic Center那邊的圖書館有很多書可以幫助resume或是interview...)

後來是讓老先生buy me a scoop of ice cream...

吃完冰淇淋老先生就說也不好意思耽誤我太久就說掰掰了

我到現在還是搞不清楚老先生是有所企圖還是單純想要找年輕人聊天啊？！

不過老先生聽到我說我有男朋友的時候還表示這樣比較放心

還說他老到可以當我grandpa (I think he's 75~但以75的老人老先生你行動力還不差咧)

啊....總之

還是讓我像個路人就好了

be honest, 跟老人家講話會比較不自在畢竟是老人家嗎...

而且講"yeah“會一直被糾正

老先生還說當別人問我"who's the most important person in your life"時

我得要回答" ME" with confidence....

我一度懷疑老先生要傳教哈哈

San Francisco LGBT Pride Parade

This weekend is SF's LGBT Pride Parade. Actually the major event was on Saturday (at Civic Center), however, since Alvin promises me to join the event together, I didn't go to yesterday's event..

Alvin messages me this morning. He said that he's having a rehearsal until 10p.m. so he couldn't make it.
Well it means... -___-...我只好單槍匹馬去啦
吃完午餐又去睡了下回籠覺起床時已經三點了
(房間太陽照不進來讓人忘記時間的存在...）

話說我上了Market想要搭公車去Castro
怎知等了半小時四十分鐘公車都不來﹦﹦
我看其他乘客也都不耐煩了
有幾個看起來很歐洲風的年輕人最後招了計程車就走
我回頭看本來有打算找其他想要去Castro的人一起搭taxi
怎知剩下的人看起來都不像是要到Castro湊熱鬧的
我後來問旁邊的人知道其實Muni也可以到
= =所以半小時都白費.... 氣

可惜我到Castro時已經晚高潮已經結束了

我換了新的底片但雲層開始增厚讓我很難拍下手

有氣息的畢竟是人又不是建築物~~）

倒是各個櫥窗都發揮巧思

把彩虹旗或彩虹的顏色運用在櫥窗擺飾

加上自己還是想要去Ross & Apple Store

於是趁著店家還沒關門前趕回downtown

除了在Apple Stroe買了轉接Mac Book & LCD的 Cable外

在 Ross也挑了個Yankee Candle 畢竟家裡一煮菜味道就滿屋子都是

之前本來不太介意但覺得既然都一個女生住了

家裡沒有理由都是怪味

Ikea的廉價蠟燭根本都燒假的

挑了個有品牌保證的Yankee Candle應該不會錯吧:P

歐歐還看到了傳說中熱量超高的Maple Cookie~巧克力的歐！

就是我的夢幻逸品抓了兩盒（偷笑）

每天只能吃一片葉子！！（其實夾心是兩片)

回家前去把obi領回來用腳趾頭想也知道

一進門就是: Obi on the top of the cat tree;

Dee on the sofa with that poor look

晚餐吃魚下巴還有Beard Papa's Vanilla Cream Puff~~hurray!

S走後就剩下我跟Obi了之後的這兩個月 Obi跟studio就是我的啦~~（仰頭大笑）

昨天本來得要去跟Jenny到辣妹子吃飯
怎知道出門後走上powell 整個倦意就湧上來
眼睛不停的往兩旁的服飾店裡看去
後來就打電話取消了

真對小怡君不好意思噎越熟的朋友越是這樣隨便(...)

在urban outfitters待了很久最主要都在樓下看傢具類的東西
不得不說看到那些色彩鮮豔的圖騰就讓我整個熱血沸騰
很希望自己家裡超級Urban風～**

話說昨天出門時在market上看到一大批的腳踏車車隊
可能是bike parade之類的很妙浩浩蕩蕩

回到家之後把家裡整個清掃了一翻
空盒子該丟的丟衣服該收起來的放進衣櫃過期的食物洗碗～
總之家裡又清爽了些
然後退冰一袋毛豆坐在電視前看wedding crasher
Honestly 這樣一個人把家收的乾淨清爽還感覺真不賴
只差我是個失業者.....-.-

晚上在craigslist上看到有人在賣自己夢寐以求的ourban outfitters loveseat
瘋狂想要搬回家～

今天(Sat)醒來也下午一點多了
熱了盒有好吃日本米的盒飯
對於一早醒來就餓到欲罷不能的我
盒飯的迅速與方便（加上美味）讓我不能否定它存在的價值
為了幫obi去拿免費的貓沙盆
我坐bart到balboa park 再轉Muni
整個過程也花掉不少時間
重點是我還搬了盒貓沙回來
走回來的時候必須一直換手
不然還真的又點累
但想到obi可能露出笑容（it's impossible though...)
有覺得這一趟的時間跟力氣花的都值得啦～～

回家之後把drop off在vivian家的obi帶回來
一打開門只見obi一臉皇帝樣的坐在貓最高處
Dee則是一臉茫然的窩在沙發的角落被夾在兩個cushion之間XD
我的本意是希望兩個人可以有良好互動消耗些體力
但似乎每次只是讓Obi當老大貓的心願得逞而已...

anyway 貓沙盆拿回家了
希望Obi以後不會在把貓沙噴的到處都是
話說回來要是早一步那個人的大貓樹現在也是Obi的啦～～～
